The TV production people finally got back in touch with me today. I thought I had been blown out.

They've been filming the evacuation of the residents from the estate for the last 18-month and I approached them to ask if they'd ever envisaged a colourful twist to the ending of their documentary: "Ex-residence come back to paint their former home...", I gesticulate in the air during an animated telephone call. They were enthusiastic but non-committal.

Tonight's offering was just a holding email: "We're definitely interested in hearing more just give us more time". I guess I need them, more accurately their 18-month relationships with the residents, a tad more than they need me at this point.
